TICKET PURCHASE SERVICE
1.1 Description
olivoENERGY provides users with a ticket purchase service through which they can acquire tickets for events organized by the company and published on its website.
1.2 How to Purchase Tickets
To purchase tickets, the following steps must be followed:
- Select the event you wish to attend from the Event section of the website.
- After reviewing the event information, choose the number of tickets you want and select “Add to Cart.” You will then be directed to your cart summary to confirm the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Click on the “Checkout” button, which will take you to the registration page.
- Fill out the form with billing information and the personal details of each attendee.
- Enter your preferred payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or Bizum). Accept the terms and conditions of purchase and click on “Proceed to Payment.” At this moment, the buyer confirms that the payment information entered is correct and agrees that olivoENERGY will charge the corresponding amount.
- olivoENERGY will send an email to the email address provided by the buyer in the billing information form. The purchase confirmation may not arrive in the inbox, as some email services may mark it as spam; therefore, it is recommended to check the spam folder. olivoENERGY will confirm that the order is correct, and within 24-72 hours, the buyer will receive another email with order acceptance. Additionally, each event attendee will individually receive an email with their event ticket, which they must present for check-in.
The buyer can access their order history in the “My Account” section.
1.3 How to Access the Event
To access the event, simply present the printed ticket or show it on your mobile device, and verify your name and surname at the registration desk.
1.4 Ticket Sales Service Terms and Conditions
- Tickets are issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and event organizer.
- The event may be recorded for commercial and/or promotional purposes, and attendees consent by attending the event for their image to be recorded and reproduced later for the stated purposes as part of the audience.
- olivoENERGY reserves the right to admission to the event.
- The staff responsible at the venues is legally authorized to carry out inspections and checks to ensure compliance with safety conditions during the event.
- olivoENERGY is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
- Possible ticket purchase fraud through “chargebacks” will be analyzed and evaluated. In such cases, the event organizer reserves the right to deny admission and/or cancel tickets.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
2.1 General Aspects
- According to current consumer and retail trade regulations, the buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal or cancellation.
- If the event is suspended after more than half of it has taken place, the buyer will not be entitled to a ticket refund.
- Adverse weather conditions do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or exchange.
- In case of any cancellation or change to an event, olivoENERGY commits to:
(i) Publishing the information on the website in the event section.
(ii) Sending an email to the buyer at the address provided in the registration form, informing them of the cancellation or change.
2.2 Exchanges and Refunds
- Refunds will only be granted in case of event cancellation
- If a refund is issued, olivoENERGY will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit or debit card, bank transfer, or Bizum) within fifteen (15) business days from the public communication of the event cancellation.
